This screen is the application's entry page and serves as a routing shell rather than a working maintenance form. On every load it immediately calls `Controller.Navigate(ApplicationName, "frmAttorneyProfile.aspx")`, making `frmAttorneyProfile.aspx` the only outbound destination and establishing this page as a startup redirect into the attorney-profile maintenance workflow.
